The Society for Early Modern French Studieswill hold its annual conference at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, 2-4 September 2019. The theme is ‘Incompleteness’. Papers are invited on any aspect of this theme.
Proposals for papers (250-300 words) should be sent by 29 March 2019 to the Secretary, Professor John O’Brien (john.o’brien@durham.ac.uk). Please note that only current subscribing members of the Society may present a paper at the conference.
We are delighted and honoured to announce that our keynote speaker will be Professor Nicholas Cronk (Oxford).
Contributors are requested to provide translations into English or French of any illustrative material taken from other European languages.
